We hoped for sun and we got it, what a great Sports Day! The children were all fantastic and showed their great sportsmanship.

Here are a few snaps, it's hard to get photos when the children are all so fast.

Our Summer Fair is next Friday!
Come along from 2pm there will be lots of fun to be had. ☀️

All money raised goes towards the PTA fund that helps provide our children with experiences beyond the curriculum and makes their time at school even more enjoyable.

This morning, Mrs Frazer and Mr Robson had the pleasure of meeting the founder, Brian Burnie, of such an amazing charity Daft as a Brush Cancer Patient Care. You may have seen some of their ambulances out and about.

Not only did Mr Burnie want to speak to Mrs Frazer and Mr Robson he asked if he could drop in spontaneously to our assembly to speak to all of the children. They asked him some great questions about his charity Daft as a Brush and talked about the possibility of us adopting the back of one of his ambulances in the future.

The children then went outside with Mr Burnie and Eddie, who has volunteered for the charity, to see one of the ambulances, which is currently adopted and displaying the artwork by Whitburn Village Primary school.
