In summary:

Early Years Foundation Stage

In 2024 75.6% of children achieved a Good level of Development at the end on the Early Years Foundation Stage compared to 67.7% of children nationally.

Phonics Screening Check (Year 1)

In 2024 78.8% of pupils in Y1 met the phonic check threshold

Key Stage One (Year 2)

Reading

In 2024 85.7% of pupils were working at the expected standard with 30.6% of pupils achieving greater depth

Writing

In 2024 75.5% of pupils were working at the expected standard and 30.6% of pupils achieving greater depth

Mathematics

In 2024 91.8% of pupils were working at the new expected standard and 22.64% of pupils achieving greater depth

Childcare Provision

Newton Hall Infants’ School does not currently offer childcare provision and wraparound care.
