I lived on Newton Hall for 18 years before moving to High Pittington and my two sons began their education at Newton Hall Infants. I joined the Governing Body in 1988 as a parent governor and have served most of my time as vice chair or chair. I taught for 30 years in a boys prep school as Head of Science and Director of Studies and am a qualified school inspector for the Independent School inspection Service. I feel honoured to be part of a strong and committed Governing Body helping all of our children reach their full potential in a caring and nurturing environment
